It was in a pasture owned by Mr. R.E. Mauldin and rented by the Wigington's. It was in the backyard of the old Mauldin home place in a grove of cedar and oak trees. The house was torn down to make way for the new intersection and traffic light. A 20 X 20 barbed wire fence is around the cemetery to keep the animals out. There is evidence of three graves. There is only one readable tombstone which is broken, but reads Elizabeth MAULDIN died 25 AUG 1905 at the age of 83 years. The 83 is hard to read because the tombstone is cracked across the numbers. It is listed in "The Book Of The Dead" by Rev R.M. Smith on page 247 in cemetery number 87-A (Should be 78-A).
